BrazilFoundation’s Vice President and Executive Director Susane Worcman represented Brazil at the Leadership Awards Fellowship Program in Queensland University of Technology, QUT, in Brisbane, Australia.
Susane was specially impressed with the quality of life in the country.“It’s remarkable to experience the profound impact of a citizen-centered government, one that is focused on education and on the care and respect for each citizen”, said Susane.
RACI, an organization from Buenos Aires, Argentina, was the coordinator of Latin American representation for the Australian Leadership Awards Fellowship Program focused on Social inclusion and Leadership Management. The program, developed during a whole month, included workshops, visits to social organizations, debates and round tables with several different facilitators in two different cities.
At the end of the program, each participant presented an Action Plan to be implemented in their own organization, applying some of the concepts and techniques learned. The results will be evaluated after six months.
