Envelhecimento sem Tropeços

The Association works to develop programs for the elderly population. With BrazilFoundation’s support, the “Envelhecimento Sem Tropeços” project offered special activities to 280 elderly people, aiming to increase their independence, prevent falls, and create a strategy to influence government policy to address the accessibility of public spaces for this age group. As a result, they published a book, in partnership with Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), about Physical Activity and Aging targeting professionals and students in the healthcare industry.
