Cozinha Cooperativa

The Associação das Mulheres Unidas de Mocambinho was created by women of a rural community in the dry hinterlands of Minas Gerais. At that time, the family farming was the only source of food. The project Cozinha Cooperativa aimed to start selling the local products in regional markets and to integrate the productive chain of the region. With the grant it was possible to train women and young people to manage a cooperative bakery.
