New York February 23rd, 2011— BrazilFoundation welcomed 12 employees from the Brazilian branch of Leroy Merlin at the Foundation’s office in New York today. As part of the project “Vision 2020,” the group came to the city on a “learning expedition” to observe new market concepts, and to learn more about the work of individuals, businesses and nonprofit organizations in the US. During the visit, it was discussed ways of expanding the social impact of companies in Brazil with basis on sustainable development.
