The deadline for project proposals for JAPER- Joint Action Plan to Promote Racial and Ethnic Equality was closed on February 21, 2011. BrazilFoundation received a total of 313 proposals from different Brazilian states. The list of pre finalists will be published on this website by May 3rd, 2011. During the months of May and June pre finalists will be visited by BrazilFoundation analysts so they can more closely evaluate the proposals and select the grantees.
