Associação Bioma Caatinga (ABC)

Associação Bioma Caatinga works to strengthen agroecological family farming and promote the conservation of the Caatinga—the only biome found exclusively in Brazil, home to unique biodiversity and increasingly threatened by environmental pressures. 

The organization supports family farmers in adopting sustainable agricultural practices, strengthens community organization, and promotes local development models that combine income generation with the conservation of natural resources and the territories where communities live and work.
