Cânions Paulistas

Cânions Paulistas works to protect and enhance the natural, cultural, and scenic heritage of southwestern São Paulo state. It develops projects in environmental education and planning, ecological restoration — including the development of Municipal Atlantic Forest Plans — as well as initiatives to strengthen family farming, support territorial socio-technical networks, and preserve regional memory and culture.

Through exchanges between Indigenous villages, quilombos, and settlements, Cânions Paulistas promotes a model of territorial development that integrates people, nature, and cultural identity.
