Rede Elas Negras Conexões

Rede Elas Negras Conexões is made up of Black quilombola women from the Recôncavo Baiano region, working to strengthen women, youth, and Black leadership in their territories. The organization values quilombola knowledge and ways of life as the foundation for community leadership and territorial sustainability.

Its work brings together political and technical training, network building, and rights advocacy, with a focus on combating domestic and family violence, defending quilombola rights, and promoting gender, racial, and socio-environmental justice.
