Last Saturday (06/20) 194 youth and adults graduated from ADETT’s Empreendedor Digital (Digital Entrepreneur) course, another great achievement for the 2014 BrazilFoundation grantee. Located at Tauá, in the state of Ceará, ADETT offers courses in IT as a means of digial inclusion, training youths and adults to enter the workforce in its growing tech sector. By learning software and app development, appliance recycling, and coding, the students will have greater opportunities for jobs. Despite being a small town of little more than 55,000 inhabitants, Tauá has been growing as a technological hub in the region, being designated as an “Innovative City” in Brazil.
