BrazilFoundation and Brazil Child Health teamed up one once again to promote the II Benefit Festa Junina Children Helping Children, on June 3rd, at the Metropolitan Pavilion, in Manhattan. The event brought more than 700 guests together in a traditional Brazilian Folk celebration to raise funds for projects in education and health for children in Brazil.
The II Benefit Festa Junina Children Helping Children was chaired by Brazilian model Lisalla Montenegro. Nanny Assis and Forro Trio played traditional Brazilian folk music and guests enjoyed traditional dance, typical food, and carnival games.
Our special thanks for all the delicious food and beverages provided by Berimbau Restaurant; Bread; Brigadeiro Bakery; La Luna Piena Restaurant, My Sweet Brigadeiro, , Gabby & Meema, AB InBev and Cachaça Leblon. And the activities for the children were made possible thanks to Maria Bonita Salon, Claudia Villi, Peki, PFC Soccer Channel, João Paulo Rodrigues Tattoo and Gracie Academy.
