Our Program
Inclusion and autonomy for women in vulnerable situations
Professional training in the civil construction sector
The construction industry in Brazil, one of the country’s largest economic sectors, faces challenges such as a shortage of skilled labor and precarious housing conditions. Furthermore, it remains predominantly male, with deep-rooted sexism and limited opportunities for women. Nevertheless, the industry demands formal employment, providing security, benefits, and greater financial and professional stability for women entering the field.
The Institute empowers women in vulnerable situations through construction training, fostering autonomy, self-esteem, and continued education opportunities. The Institute also facilitates their inclusion in the workforce, addressing gender barriers and promoting equal opportunities. Through these efforts, it aims not only to transform lives but also to strengthen communities, contributing to sustainable social and economic development.
