Instituto Caldeira Fund of BrazilFoundation
Young students from Rio Grande do Sul need your help

Objective
In the face of the greatest tragedy in the history of RS, one of Instituto Caldeira’s focuses has been to strengthen the Geração Caldeira educational program, which sensitizes, trains, and employs young talents in the innovation and technology market. The program is entirely free and serves young people aged 16 to 24 who are attending or have attended public high school. We are launching a fundraising campaign to qualify the program and thus reduce the barriers that exist between vulnerable youth and the job market through so-called future careers.

Our support
Reconstruction of housing for young people in RS
Support for 100 students and their families
The Instituto Caldeira Fund was created to support 200 young people who are part of the Geração Caldeira Program. In addition to receiving training, program participants receive a scholarship to attend classes and have the opportunity to connect with companies in the Instituto Caldeira Community through classes, lectures, mentoring, and job opportunities. The next edition of Geração Caldeira begins in early September with classes at the Institute’s headquarters. Our goal is to raise funds that support the qualification and strengthening of the program.
Over 2 editions, we have offered online training in technology and innovation to more than 11,000 young people taking their first step in building a professional career, and we have trained 250 young people in the face-to-face program. Of these, 70% have already secured jobs in the technology and innovation fields, achieving direct income in salaries for students of over R$1,500,000.00.

About Instituto Caldeira

Through its education platform, Campus Caldeira, it develops educational programs that train and employ young talents from public education jobs in the new economy.
The program is entirely free and caters to an audience composed of young people aged between 16 and 24 years old, who are currently attending or have attended high school in a public school.
