The Association aims to promote the socioeconomic inclusion of women fishers, gatherers, and artisans from Jequiá da Praia, through the environmental preservation of Jequiá da Praia Lagoon in the Marine Extractive Reserve of Jequiá, including the reuse of mariculture waste.
