The Institute’s mission is to promote education and culture in traditional and riverside communities with the aim of strengthening culture, education and socioeconomic development of these communities. Among its line of action, IPEDI offers continued training in language, art and culture, for all indigenous teachers in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.
