Movimento Black Money

Since 2017, the Black Money Movement has been working towards strengthening networks for the circulation of financial and economic resources for Black businesses in response to the purchasing power of the Black population and the elimination of racism in the Brazilian economy. The project “MBM Accelerating the Future,” to be developed with a donation from the Black Entrepreneurship Fund of BrazilFoundation, aims to accelerate 50 Black-owned businesses at various stages of maturity. The program will include classes on Business Modeling, Marketing, Financial Management, Sales and Pitching, Brand Management Design, and Introduction to Programming, along with mentorship. The acceleration of ventures is scheduled for a “Demo Day” to present businesses and allocate seed capital to the top 10, who will also have their products/services promoted by the Black Money Movement.
