Reviver
This project brought together various leaders interested in combatting the problem of child prostitution. This group works with young children and their families, providing psychosocial support, protection of rights and reintegration into family environment. Also, school teachers were trained in dealing with these issues on a day-to-day basis. A total of 45% of reported sexual exploitation cases were resolved as a result of this work. Today it is seen as a reference for other projects dealing with the same issues and works closely with government agencies to prevent child rights violations in Fortaleza.
