Artidéias relies on community solidarity to create new jobs and generate income to help reduce poverty in communities in Vitória, in the state of Espírito Santo. The organization is composed by a group of artisans and it offers training workshops and proposes ways to facilitate the entry of products into the market.

The project Banco Bem allowed the implementation of an innovative initiative that offered credit to 15 families, enabling them to construct and repair their homes. The loans had low interest rates and no bureaucracy and the families were trained to build their houses using low-cost techniques and to count on collaborative work.
