Echos of Vitoria Association promotes environmental education activities to develop the area of Vitoria Park in São Paulo. The organization educates the community about environmental issues and implements projects to recover the margins of the Mazzei and Lavrinhas rivers. The Association mobilizes poor communities to develop recycling and other environmental-friendly projects through seminars, courses, practical activities and workshops. The support of BrazilFoundation has allowed the education of the members of this organization, the improvement of the project’s facilities and the extension of the program to other communities.
