Estúdio de Som
Casa do Zezinho believes in education, art and culture, to enable at-risk children and young adults from low-income families, to develop critical thinking and autonomous attitude to make their own decisions in life. Casa do Zezinho offers workshops, professional training, socio-educational activities and sports, among others activities to 1200 children.
Created with the support of BrazilFoundation, Sound Studio built the capacity of young people to become music technicians. Using modern equipment, this project has trained youngsters and has given them the skills to pursue a profession and serve their community. The Estudio de Som space also has become a resource to the larger community as a music recording studio and rehearsal area.
