The Paralytic Children’s House of Campinas has years of experience in the areas of medical, dental and pedagogical support for children with physical and mental disabilities.Its expertise and constant interactions with caretakers and family members, inspired the organization to tackle a new challenge: to offer patients greater autonomy in their day-to-day activities by adjusting therapeutic practices to suit the individual needs of the patient.
Through the support of the BrazilFoundation, the organization was able to develop an experimental house entirely adapted for the necessities of the patients so they can learn how to do day-to-day tasks on their own.
