The organization is located in the outskirts of Fortaleza, an area with high unemployment rate and alarming social indicators. This project taught culinary skills to a group of local youth and women to develop a social business strategy and to generate income with the creation of a “buffet-school.” The “buffet-school” provides catering services for events within the community and beyond, and has prepared project participants with the necessary skills for the job market.
