PRECE was founded by College professor Manoel Andrade, and has been transforming municipalities across Ceará by preparing students for college entrance exams. Three hundred students from rural Pentecostes have been admitted to the Federal University of Ceará as a result. A BrazilFoundation grantee for the third time, PRECE intends to reevaluate and improve their teaching methodology, produce instructional materials and carry out training seminars for representatives from other municipalities.
