Um Jardim para o Jardim Miriam
JAMAC is a community center that promotes integration activities and environmental preservation among community residents. With the support of the BrazilFoundation, the residents participated in workshops, lectures, and activities focused on the conservation of the environment.
The work resulted in 160 new plants, planted in various parts of the neighborhood. During the workshops, the residents used recycled materials, which beforehand had been discarded as garbage, thus contributing to a greater sense of envirornmental consciousness, and the preservation of public space.
