Promotores da Vida: Adolescentes Construindo uma Sexualidade Saudável, Responsável e Planejada
The high rates of early pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases among teenagers in São Gonçalo are alarming. The project will take debates on issues of sexuality to public schools, emphasizing sexual and reproductive rights through seminars and discussion groups. Three hundred children and adolescents will be involved in the project. They will be prepared to learn and share their knowledge with families and neighbors. Detected cases of violence will be sent to child protection centers.
