For 10 years now, Galpão Aplauso has supported professional training and workforce inclusion for 7,000 low-income youth through the “Applaud Warehouse Work Education Method”, a method of professional training that involves educational, ethical, entrepreneurial and humanistic lessons. These lessons are what can make these youth stand out as job candidates, resulting in greater success for their employability and promoting social impact.
