Instituto Nacional de Negócios e Afroempreendedorismo – FUNAFRO

Through the project “Entrepreneurship for Transformation,” the Business Institute and Afro-Entrepreneurship Foundation (Funafro) aims to train approximately 1,000 Black entrepreneurs, with the goal of promoting the culture of entrepreneurship through awareness lectures and basic tools in business management and business plans. The methodology is based on the “andragogy” paradigm to stimulate business confidence and demystify the culture of entrepreneurship. With 30 years of experience, Funafro is led by experts in corporate management and corporate governance, paying attention to the context of Afro-business mortality, high unemployment rates, identification of institutional racism, and loss of basic rights. This creates an unfavorable scenario for Black entrepreneurs at various levels of maturity.
